[00:00:00] Foreign met you yet? My name is Eric Bolling. I'm part of the preaching team here. And just thank you for gathering this morning with us and worshiping with us. We're going to be in Joshua chapter one this morning. So if you want to go ahead and turn there, we'll get there eventually.
[00:00:22] But as I was thinking about setting this whole sermon up, I needed to look back to where we've been. If you've been with us for a while, we've been working through the book of Deuteronomy and we've been talking about Moses in particular. We've been looking at Moses and Moses leadership strengths that he had, weaknesses that he had, failings that he had sort of the good, bad and the ugly. Right. We've been asking ourselves questions, what does our lives look like in relation to this? And this is going to be the end of a little four week series within a series where we've been looking at the death of Moses. And what we're going to do today is we're going to look at the death of Moses through a new kind of character we're going to introduce, which is Joshua.
[00:01:11] And so I was getting ready for this and I was thinking about story and I was thinking about like authors and writing stories. And I don't know about you, but I'm a reader, all right? I'm a reader. I always have been. I wasn't good at many academic subjects, but I could read. And I love like physical books. And one of the greatest joys of my young life, and some of you I hope will have experienced this as well, was the Scholastic Book Fair.
[00:01:45] Amen.
[00:01:47] Now for Gen Z, this is going to be totally lost on you how big a deal this was because you live in a world where literally you can order something on your phone and it's there maybe that same afternoon.
[00:01:59] But back in the day, if you wanted books, particularly if you were growing up in a community like I was sort of isolated in northern Indiana, we didn't have a bookstore.
[00:02:12] You had to wait for the Scholastic Book Fair. And what this was is they would come to your school and, and they would essentially set up a shop of books and it was awesome.
[00:02:25] Now prior to that, you got to take home a flyer of all the books second only to probably the Greatest Take Home magazine, the Sears Wish book.
[00:02:40] Google that if you don't know what I'm talking about.
[00:02:43] But I remember taking this home and like looking at all these books and circling and going, man, I want this. Oh, there's a new Garfield I want that.
[00:02:54] But I loved it. And I loved going into that book fair and just buying books to read.
[00:03:02] And I was thinking about the types of books I loved. Encyclopedia Brown, right? He would solve these mysteries. I love the mad scientist club. My favorite book was this book called Tackle 22.
[00:03:14] It was about this kid that wanted to play football.
[00:03:17] It's written in, like, 1971.
[00:03:20] I was in our local library the other day and I went into the children's section and I looked up that book.
[00:03:25] They don't have it.
[00:03:28] I was disappointed, so I was like, I'm gonna check this out and read this.
[00:03:32] But I remember there was a certain type of book that came out, and I don't remember how old I was, but it came out and it was choose your own adventure.
[00:03:43] Yes, right. Amen. Again, the choose your own adventure was you'd read it and then you would get to a point where it would say, if you think Billy jumps off the cliff, go to page five.
[00:03:59] You turn to page five, and he'd be like, I'm sorry, Billy's dead.
[00:04:03] And you'd be like, well, I just wasted.
[00:04:07] They were a little better written than that. But he'd be like, no, he lives. And so, Bill, the idea was you were participating in this book, which in the time. The time it was given was a big deal.
[00:04:17] Now, some of you did this. I know you did. I definitely did. You looked ahead before you made a choice. You're, like, 70. Oh, Billy doesn't make. I'm going to page 48. Right.
[00:04:29] What I realize is, is that within this book, even though I'm participating, I'm, like, choosing my own adventure. But the author has written the story. Correct?
[00:04:41] Like, I couldn't go anywhere I wanted to go. I couldn't do anything I wanted to do in this story. I had to follow the storyline.
[00:04:50] And I was thinking about that in relation to what we're going to look at with Moses and the transition of leadership to Joshua, because Joshua has been a participant in the story of Moses the whole time, but yet he's not writing the story. Moses isn't writing the story.
[00:05:10] God is writing the story.
[00:05:12] And what we're going to see with Joshua is there's a big change that's going to happen within the nation of Israel. And that change, just like a choose your own adventure, they're going a new direction, a new way, but it's still God who makes the story.
[00:05:28] And so we're going to start with looking at this leadership transition from Moses to Joshua.
[00:05:35] We're going to read first in Deuteronomy 34, we're going to bounce back and forth between Deuteronomy 34 and Joshua, chapter one. Let's go to Deuteronomy 34.
[00:05:46] Let's look at verse seven. We're going to go seven to nine here.
[00:05:51] It says this, talking about the death of Moses. Moses was 120 years old when he died. His eye was undimmed and his vigor unabated.
[00:06:01] And the people of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab, 30 days. Then the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
[00:06:10] Verse 9. And Joshua, the son of Nun, was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. So the people of Israel obeyed him and did as the Lord commanded. Moses, let's jump over to Joshua, Chapter one, verses one and two. It says this. After the death of Moses, the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua, the son of Nun, Moses's assistant, Moses, my servant is dead.
[00:06:45] Now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land that I am giving to them, to the people of Israel.
[00:06:54] And so when we see this leadership transition from Moses to Joshua, we pick up a couple of things right away. Number one, and then verse 34, we're told that Joshua is full of the Spirit, that Joshua is God's chosen guy. In addition, we're told Moses laid hands on him.
[00:07:17] And that seems strange to us. Like, what's the significance of that? Like, why include that detail?
[00:07:23] What that would have shown to the people was Moses physically, essentially passing the leadership from himself to Joshua.
[00:07:33] And we know it was successful because the text says, and the people obeyed him. But it's when we get to verse one and two of Joshua, chapter one, that we really see something fascinating about this transition. Notice it says the Lord said to Joshua.
[00:07:54] This is the first time that the Lord has spoken directly to Joshua.
[00:08:00] When it says that Joshua is Moses's assistant, what that means is Joshua was with Moses throughout most of his entire leadership.
[00:08:11] He's there, he's seeing, he's hearing, he's watching everything that's happening from God to Moses. And now, for the first time, the Lord speaks to Joshua.
[00:08:25] So we have Moses physically transferring leadership. The people see the leadership. And now the Lord verifies this shift by speaking directly to Joshua.
[00:08:37] Remember, this is a time where the Lord would speak to an individual who would then speak to the nation. This is a big deal.
[00:08:46] And notice what he says. Moses, my servant is dead.
[00:08:53] And it's one of those statements that To Joshua at the time and place probably held a lot of weight because Moses, as we're going to see in a little bit, was the greatest prophet of Israel.
[00:09:07] And God says, hey, that's done. That's over the. That's past.
[00:09:12] It's your time to lead.
[00:09:15] It's your chance to lead.
[00:09:17] Let's look at verses three and four in Joshua. Chapter one says, every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon, I have given to you just as I promised to Moses. And then he's going to go on in verse four and basically give the expanse of this promised land. He says this from the wilderness and this Lebanon, as far as the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, to the great sea towards the going down of the sun shall be your territory.
[00:09:48] So God's saying to him, look, this is what you're going to have. It's big, It's. It's a big land. You're going to walk. And everywhere you walk, Joshua, that is yours. That walk is important.
[00:10:01] Why?
[00:10:03] Because no one else has yet walked in to conquer the promised land. This is actually the second time Joshua would have walked into the promised land. He was One of the 12 spies that Moses sent out. And if you remember that particular story, 12 go in, they come back. 10 of the spies say, we can't do it.
[00:10:25] We can't conquer this land. Joshua and Caleb are the only two who say, no, no, we can do this. If God is for us, who can be against us?
[00:10:34] And the people rebelled against that leadership which caused the 40 years wandering.
[00:10:41] And now God's saying, look, when you walk into this, this land is going to be yours. It's also interesting to put that against what Moses was able to see about the promised land right before he died. Let's go to 34, back to Deuteronomy 34.
[00:10:58] We're going to look at verses just, just one to one to four says this. Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo to the top of Pisgah, which is opposite Jericho. And the Lord showed him all the land, Gilead as far as Dan, all Nepali, the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, the land of Judah, as far as the western sea, the Negeb and the plains, and the valley of Jericho and the city of Palms.
[00:11:23] And verse four says this. And the Lord said to him, this is the land which I swore to Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, I will give it to your offspring. I've let you see it, but you can't go over. We talked about that before, that Moses, because of a sinful act he had taken, was unable to go to the promised land. Here's the point I'm making. Moses was able to see it.
[00:11:47] God gave him that, that gift of grace to be able to stand up and see all the promised land.
[00:11:53] Joshua is the one that's going to walk into it.
[00:11:57] And so Joshua is tasked with a very heavy big responsibility.
[00:12:05] He's going to be the one that's going to take this, this promised land that's been been promised since Abraham.
[00:12:12] They've literally been waiting and waiting and waiting. And now it's here.
[00:12:17] Now, if you're Joshua, you might be kind of excited about that leadership opportunity.
[00:12:24] You might feel like this is a great opportunity for me. People ask you, hey, what do you got going? I got a great opportunity. What is it? I'm going to lead the nation of Israel and we're going to see that. That's not quite Joshua's response. Let's look at verse 5. Joshua 1, verse 5.
[00:12:43] And again, God is saying to him, this is going to be your territory. It says, no man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so shall I be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you.
[00:13:00] Here's the point.
[00:13:02] When God calls us to something, God equips us for the challenge.
[00:13:10] I'm sure for Joshua, he probably wasn't as excited as he could have been to have this leadership challenge.
[00:13:18] Notice the Lord has to say to him, jesus, just as I was with Moses, so shall I be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. See, one of the ways that God equips for the challenge is he gives us his presence.
[00:13:35] So, so literally what God is saying to Joshua is he's saying, just as I was with Moses, I'm going to be with you. Well, how was God with Moses? Let's look at 34. 10 to 11. Excuse me. 10 to 12 it says this.
[00:13:51] There was not arisen a prophet, since in Israel, like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, none like him. For all the signs and wonders that the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and his servants in his land, and for all the mighty power and all the great deeds of terror Moses did in the side of Israel.
[00:14:11] Now time does not permit to run through all of the signs and wonders and terrors that Moses did, but just a couple of highlights. The 10 plagues parting the Red Sea Healing Israel, pronouncing judgment on Israel, like providing through God's, God's provision, like quail, man, like all of these things. And God is saying, look, I did that for Moses and I'm going to do it for you.
[00:14:42] I'm not going to leave you. I'm not going to forsake you.
[00:14:45] Perhaps maybe the greatest encouragement here to Joshua is the scriptures say that the Lord knew Moses face to face.
[00:14:55] And now Joshua has the opportunity to step from this place of being like Moses, right hand man, to stepping into knowing God face to face.
[00:15:07] And he's saying, I'm going to give you my presence.
[00:15:10] I'm going to be with you. I will never leave you. I will never forsake you. The second thing God gives when he equips us for the call is God gives us his power.
[00:15:26] So we have his presence, but we also have his power. Let's look at Joshua 1.
[00:15:32] We'll look at verse 6 and verse 7, it says this.
[00:15:37] Be strong and courageous for you shall cause his people to inherit the land I swore to their fathers to give them. He says that again in seven. Only be strong and very courageous. Let's pause on that.
[00:15:51] Why does Joshua need to be told twice? Be strong and courageous.
[00:15:58] We've already hit on one of these things. The people of Israel are not easy to lead.
[00:16:04] Remember the last time Joshua stepped into a leadership role, it didn't go well. People rebelled.
[00:16:14] Secondly, he's told to be strong and courageous because he's being called to war.
[00:16:21] He's being called to go into this foreign land where there are literally, we're told through scripture, there's giants, there's their strong city states. They're standing across the Jordan river. They can see the city of Jericho, which is massive.
[00:16:38] And he's saying, look, be strong. Go conquer that. There's demon gods called the bales that are there.
[00:16:44] There's, there's foreign, there's worship of these gods that involve things like child sacrifice. Like, this is a scary place to go into.
[00:16:55] And God is saying, look, I will be with you like I was with Moses. You know what he did in Egypt and what he did before the nation. And be strong and courageous. Why? Because God is with him. You see how that works?
[00:17:10] And so Joshua is told, be strong, be courageous.
[00:17:17] I'm asking you to fulfill a very, very difficult challenge.
[00:17:25] God gives his presence. God gives his power.
[00:17:28] God gives his word.
[00:17:31] Let's look at 7 and 8 again. He says, only be strong and courageous. Being careful to do according to all the law that Moses, my servant, commanded you, do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.
[00:17:51] Verse 8. This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success.
[00:18:09] God's making it pretty clear to Joshua that he needs to know the law, understand the law and follow the law.
[00:18:19] It's interesting the way it's put there, because when it says, be careful to do according to all the law, do not turn from it to the right or the left.
[00:18:30] And it's the idea that, Joshua, you need to stay on this path that I am telling you to follow.
[00:18:39] You need to stay on this path. Don't go right, don't go left, don't worship these foreign gods, don't be taken advantage of by these, these other kings, like, stay on mission. I love when it says that it shall, shall not depart from your mouth.
[00:18:57] It's kind of a strange way to say that shall not depart from your mouth. But basically what it's saying is, look, Joshua, you need to know this law so much that that's what you talk about, that that's what you reference, that that's what you speak. Remember, Joshua is, is not only stepping into like a military leadership, he's going to step into spiritual leadership of the nation.
[00:19:20] And God's saying to him, like, don't like, talk about it, talk about it, talk about it. Make sure it's at the forefront of what you talk about with the people.
[00:19:30] And then lastly, meditate on it.
[00:19:34] How long? Day, night. The idea that this needs to be before him at all times.
[00:19:41] Why? So he can be careful to do what is written in it.
[00:19:45] Now it's interesting because there are certain theologies within Christianity that focus on two parts of this. And it's the part that says, then you will have success and you will prosper.
[00:20:00] And there's a whole theology out there built around, look, if you do the right things, if you follow God enough, if you have enough faith, then you're going to be healthy, wealthy, and maybe wise. I think Ben Franklin threw in the wise there, right? It's going to happen.
[00:20:22] I wish that was true.
[00:20:24] I really do.
[00:20:26] I really do.
[00:20:27] And here's the problem. This is why I love village church is like we have to look at contextually what's happening all around, because if we just pull that out, it Makes it seem like that. Oh, yeah, look, read the Bible, follow the Bible, and then life's going to be good for you. Your business will succeed, your family will flourish, your health, everything will be awesome.
[00:20:51] The point that God's making here is he's not talking about everything in your life and my life working out perfectly according to our bank statements and what we park in our driveway.
[00:21:06] What he's making is he's saying, joshua, look, if you follow the law, follow what I am commanding you to follow, if you rely on my power, if you're strong and courageous, if my presence is with you, you'll conquer the promised land.
[00:21:26] That's what he's saying.
[00:21:28] He's saying this will go well for you. Now, if you were to ask me, if you were to say, eric, could my life be better if I relied on God's presence and I studied the Scriptures and I relied on God, I would tell you absolutely it would.
[00:21:45] But I would hesitate to say, and that means everything's going to work out.
[00:21:49] Because remember, we're not writing the story.
[00:21:53] And God sometimes takes us in and through things that are, quite honestly, painful and they're uncomfortable and. And we don't like it.
[00:22:03] And it's going to happen to Joshua.
[00:22:05] They're immediately going to go in and they're going to conquer Jericho, one of the greatest cities kind of in antiquity, but definitely one of the greatest cities in this. This. This ancient world. And they're going to conquer it. And they do it miraculously. They march around and. And blow. Trout's a great story. We don't have time to get into all the details. Right. It's miraculous.
[00:22:27] And then there's this little tiny village that they have to conquer next, and it's called AI.
[00:22:33] Looks like AI to us.
[00:22:36] It's called AI. And they go and conquer it and they lose badly.
[00:22:43] And they're like, what happened? We just obeyed God. We're following. Well, there was sin.
[00:22:50] There was sin and that caused it. Again, here's my point I'm making.
[00:22:55] When we look at following God and we trust his provision and we trust his power and we trust his word, then we need to trust him with the outcome of the story.
[00:23:09] It's hard.
[00:23:10] It's hard. But just like what we're seeing, the example of Joshua, that's what we have to rely on.
[00:23:21] Last point here with the text as we get to verse 9 is this.
[00:23:27] It says, God's presence is the power behind the purpose. And that seems similar to what we just talked about. We're wrapping it Back in, because that's what the text does. If we look at verse nine, it says this, it says, have I not commanded you be strong and courageous?
[00:23:47] It's interesting that God uses strong language here with Joshua. Look, have I not commanded you? It's not just a suggestion. Hey, Joshua, you might want to be strong and courageous. I don't know. It's up to you. You're the leader now.
[00:24:01] No, he's saying, look, I've told you, be strong, be courageous.
[00:24:07] It's a command.
[00:24:08] But then he offers a comfort with it and he says this.
[00:24:12] Do not be frightened.
[00:24:14] Do not be dismayed. Why?
[00:24:18] For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
[00:24:22] And you think, well, what's Joshua have to be frightened of? Right? He's been told he's got God's presence, he's got God's power, he's got God's word. What's he frightened of? Well, again, let's think of what he's walking into.
[00:24:35] He's walking into war, leading a group of people that are difficult to lead at best.
[00:24:42] He knows it's going to be a heavy challenge. I think some of it is he knows he's replacing Moses and it's like he's been in that second chair and now he's got to step up and all the things that Moses did, he is going to do. I'm sure there's a bit of. I don't know if self doubt is the right word, but he's being asked to lead in a way he's never led before.
[00:25:08] Do not be dismayed. Why would he be dismayed? Again? The people are hard to lead.
[00:25:14] There's going to be.
[00:25:15] There's going to be victories and there's going to be defeats. There's going to be things that go well and things don't get well.
[00:25:22] How often are we like that?
[00:25:25] When we know God has called us into something and we look and we're like, I'm scared of that.
[00:25:32] I don't want to engage that. I don't want to have that conversation. I don't want to step into this role.
[00:25:40] Or we're dismayed. Look, I tried it, Lord, and it didn't work.
[00:25:45] Oh, man, I thought this was going to happen.
[00:25:49] And yet all of this other stuff happened. I'm discouraged. I'm dismayed again. Sometimes we read scripture and we read it a little flat.
[00:25:58] Meaning, like, we don't think these are real human beings dealing with real situations and real challenges.
[00:26:06] And even though we're not being asked to step in to lead a nation of people.
[00:26:12] We're being asked to step into situations that require the same type of courage, that require God's presence, that require God's power, require that we know God's word.
[00:26:26] And the same thing that God promised to Joshua is available to us.
[00:26:32] All right, so what simple ones today?
[00:26:35] Number one is this.
[00:26:39] You have a role to play, but it's God's story.
[00:26:44] And I think that's important for us to remember, because I don't know about you, I like to be the hero of my story, and I'm good at making myself the hero.
[00:26:54] Give you an example. The other day, my wife and I were engaged in a tense battle with the city we live in over our water bill.
[00:27:04] They said they didn't receive it. We know. We dropped it off.
[00:27:08] It was contentious.
[00:27:10] So I go and I physically deliver this check to them.
[00:27:17] And they had charged a late fee. Right. Because of this battle, and we can't prove or disprove.
[00:27:23] And the lady goes, oh, we'll just waive this late fee. You've been. You've never been late before.
[00:27:30] And I was like, you're right. You will. I didn't say that, but I was like, I was feeling pretty good. I really was. I was feeling like, yeah. So I talked to my wife. I was like, I got that $20 removed for us, babe, or whatever it was. And she was like, didn't that lady just take it off?
[00:27:50] Well, I mean, I'm sure my presence there was like, I had my serious face.
[00:27:59] My point is this. I can make myself the hero, you can make yourself the hero, but it's God's story.
[00:28:06] And what that means is, if we trust God with the story, then we're willing to step into what he wants us to do.
[00:28:15] And let's be honest, there are roles that we might be asked to play that we feel unqualified for. We feel like that's not what we want to do. It's not how the story's going. It's not what we want. But it's his story, and we got to trust it.
[00:28:31] Thankfully, we're told through scripture, we have a good God who's riding a good story, the greatest story. We trust it. Second, so what God's calling always comes with God's equipping. Always, Always.
[00:28:52] See, we're not just left to fate. Right? Fate would say, you've come to this moment and it just. Everything aligned, and you're standing there and you need to lead. And here you go. Go. Good. Good luck. Literally. Right? Because that's what we have to rely on if we have faith. We got to rely on luck, and hopefully you can figure it out. No, God always equips.
[00:29:15] What's hard is, is we don't always see that we don't have the benefit of knowing. Just like our. Our book we talked about earlier, like, how the story ultimately unravels for us. I wish we did.
[00:29:31] It's almost like we walk. It's why when Psalm says, thy word is a lamp unto my feet, literally that saying, I can see what's right around me. And then I take a step. Then I take a step, and I take a step, and I take a step.
[00:29:46] And this is the idea. When God calls you, he equips.
[00:29:50] He'll give you what you need.
[00:29:53] Again, the challenge is, I would love if God called me to a. To something that stretches me and that's forcing me to grow. If he just downloaded to me everything I need to know right now.
[00:30:07] And so I could see, oh, do this, do that, don't do. Now I've got God's word for sure. For sure. But I'm talking, like, specifics.
[00:30:16] Do this, go here, have this, convert. It's hard.
[00:30:21] It's hard. Last thing.
[00:30:24] God's calling always comes with God's power, and that's connected. Back to the equipping. See, God's not going to give you a task and then just let you kind of figure it out.
[00:30:38] He's going to equip you, and he's also going to give you his power.
[00:30:45] You guys know, because I talk about it, but when I was a coach, right, I would have athletes and they'd write Philippians 4:13 on their stuff. You guys know what that verse is?
[00:30:58] I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength.
[00:31:02] And I'd say, you know, Brian, if that's true, I'd like you to block a little better because we're not doing well right now. Kids getting sacked a lot. Okay, do you know the context of that verse? That whole verse is Paul, and he's talking about, like, all the challenges he's received.
[00:31:22] He's like, I know what it's like to have nothing. I know what it's like to have everything. I know what it's like. And then he goes, I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength.
[00:31:31] And the point is, Paul understood what I think we can and should understand that we can do everything through Christ, who gives us strength.
[00:31:43] But it doesn't mean we're all. It's always going to look beautiful and Be glorious. And it's not like it's a struggle, but if God calls us, it comes with God's power.
[00:31:58] And so I think if we kind of wrap this up, it'd be like this. We'd say, look, Joshua literally in this passage, is standing at the edge of faith versus fear.
[00:32:11] And it's real fear.
[00:32:14] It's a real challenge. And he's standing there and God says to him, hey, step up, Step up.
[00:32:23] Use a little modern language. He's like, step up. I got you.
[00:32:26] I got you.
[00:32:28] Go ahead, lead. I will never leave you. I'll never forsake you.
[00:32:33] God is calling us to situations in life where he's saying, hey, step up, Step up.
[00:32:41] And it might be in our families, it might be at our work, it might be in our communities, it might be our. I don't know. I don't know where it is.
[00:32:51] But I know that if it is God's story and we have parts to play in it, then he's going to ask us to do those things.
[00:33:04] I would echo the words to Joshua, be strong and courageous.
[00:33:11] The Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
[00:33:17] Let's pray together.
[00:33:19] Heavenly Father, we man, we thank you for this lesson from Joshua. Lord, thank you for just this series and what you've recorded for us in your word. Through Deuteronomy and the life of Moses and death of Moses, and now the transition to Joshua.
[00:33:39] Lord, for us here, there are some of us who probably, we're not playing a part in the store yet. Maybe we haven't accepted you, Jesus. Maybe we haven't stepped into fully faithfully following, Lord, for those, I would pray that today might be a day where they make a decision to follow you or Lord, maybe we're here today and we are. We know that there's a calling that you are putting on our hearts and our minds. And we're just getting nudged and we're getting pushed and we're getting moved, and yet we're resistant because we're scared. We're dismayed. Lord, help us to stand in strength and courage, not because of who we are or what we know or what we can do, but because we have full access to your presence and your power and your word.
[00:34:36] Lord, thank you for not just leaving us out there to kind of figure it out, but thank you for providing for us everything we need.
[00:34:45] We pray this in your name. Amen.
